Arka Fashion Week Winter’25 concluded after three days of runway showcases, cultural exhibitions, and creative exchange, bringing together designers, artisans, students, and audiences from across Bangladesh.

This season presented a diverse fashion landscape — from modest-wear to contemporary street style, heritage couture to sustainable design — representing how Bangladesh’s creative identity continues to expand across genres and generations.

Throughout the event, Jamdani motifs guided the storytelling behind the branding, runway direction, and venue design. The celebration of craft deepened through Arka’s collaboration with Aarong, where six master artisans demonstrated live techniques from Jamdani, Pottery, Nakshi-Kantha, Karchupi, Rickshaw Painting, and Sericulture, allowing audiences to witness the roots of Bangladesh’s fashion culture firsthand.

On the runway, Arka Fashion Week showcased a mix of established and emerging voices, including brands such as Kathal, Aranya, Taan, Guzel, and Sotta, alongside student designers and sustainability-focused collections. The result was a fashion week that welcomed all ages, backgrounds, and approaches to style, reinforcing Arka’s vision of democratizing fashion and supporting local creative industries.

Arka Fashion Week Winter’25 continues to stand as a platform to shift Bangladesh from exporting garments to exporting fashion — where cultural heritage, design innovation, and community engagement work together to shape the future of the country’s creative economy.
